The Tara Home for Boys is a residential school accepting at-risk boys ages, 6 to 12 years. Event coordinator and Thee Dollhouse Entertainment Director David Boehm had this to say about the home, “When we selected the Tara Hall Home for Boys as the beneficiary for our tournament. I had the opportunity to visit the school. I was overwhelmed by emotion when I saw these young boys…some who had been abandoned by their drug addict parents and other tragic family circumstances, who have nothing. The school receives a very small amount from government subsidies, everything else comes from donations. I decided then and there we would continue to support this great cause. I left the school in tears.”
